Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual (FRENCH/ENGLISH) Customer Service Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Aurora, Ontario. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the Quebec market and responsible for Order Entry.

ONLY Bilingual candidates who speak fluent French and English will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone and email in both French & English and enter product orders in SAP.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• 2 yrs Customer Service & Order Entry experience is required .
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
• High degree of accuracy, willingness to learn and take initiative and the ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
