This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, leads, and relationship building
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Compare quotes and coverage options from multiple insurance companies
• Assist clients with applications, renewals, policy changes, and inquiries
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM and brokerage systems
• Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

• Insurance, business, finance, or sales education
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, banking, retail, or hospitality
• A university degree in a related field, or a college diploma in Insurance from a Canadian post-secondary institution, or equivalent

Requirements

• Active RIBO license preferred but not required for entry-level applicants
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions confidently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
