Executive Vice President of Sales at LMI

Lead international sales efforts as LMI Technologies' Executive Vice President of Sales. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that enhance our market position.
This role is designed for a seasoned executive with deep expertise in industrial sales. You will be responsible for managing regional sales teams and ensuring alignment between technical and operational divisions. Residing in Vancouver or Seattle, you will engage in frequent travel to cultivate key partnerships within the industrial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute sales strategies for the global market
• Mentor regional sales leaders and technical sales teams
• Develop and optimize forecasting and sales processes
• Collaborate with product management and marketing teams
• Analyze market-specific strategies for tailored sales
Requirements:
• 10-15+ years of sales experience in industry
• Successful track record with complex sales environments
• Familiarity with factory automation solutions
• Relevant degree in technical studies
• Expertise in CRM systems and process governance
