Coffee Roaster Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Overview:
Fast paced coffee business looking for a reliable, enthusiastic team player for a Roasting/packaging position.
Applicant should be personable, professionally presentable, efficient, task oriented, creative and excel in people skills.
Forklift Certification preferred.
Previous experience in food manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge of coffee roasting process would be an asset
Duties include: processing customer orders by assisting head roaster in monitoring the roasts, packaging freshly roasted coffee, flavouring roasted coffee, receiving green coffee orders, transporting coffee from roasting warehouse to general warehouse, daily cleaning of roasting area.
Hours of work can vary based on company needs.
This position requires daytime availability year round.
