As a Director in PwC’s Operations & Procurement practice, you will harness your leadership skills to oversee critical transformation programs for Ontario’s public sector. This position requires adept handling of complex projects while fostering relationships with public sector leaders. You will lead initiatives that drive operational excellence, improving service delivery and performance for various government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise major transformation efforts within government sectors
• Build and maintain relationships across public institutions
• Enhance operational performance through innovative strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams for optimal project outcomes
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of consulting experience in the public sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven success in executing large transformation projects
• In-depth understanding of Ontario’s public sector mechanics
• Leadership experience in team development and coaching
