Growth Lead for Marketing Data Product

Drive business growth at Freshly Commerce as a Growth Lead focusing on marketing data products for Shopify merchants. This fully remote role emphasizes problem-solving, creativity, and autonomy. In this pivotal role, you'll integrate marketing, product, and analytics to improve outcomes for Shopify’s 25,000 brands, including industry giants like Sennheiser and Godiva. You will own and execute impactful growth initiatives while collaborating with the CEO and Head of Marketing. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our product and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Own pilot growth projects to acquire and retain Shopify merchants
- Translate product capabilities into clear merchant value
- Analyze data to inform strategies and prioritize features
- Drive growth initiatives across diverse marketing channels
- Build efficient systems to measure and iterate on ideas
- Proven record of ownership and significant impact
- Ability to operate independently with strong initiative
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Familiarity with SaaS product dynamics
- Proficient with marketing automation tools
