Customer Implementation Consultant Canada
Samsara
Remote across Canada, this Implementation Consultant role combines customer communication and IoT expertise to guide Mid-Market deployments for Samsara.
As part of Samsara’s Customer Success team, you will own customer relationships through onboarding and adoption. You will help fleet and industrial-asset customers understand the platform, achieve value, and improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability. The work connects Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Samsara technology deployments for Mid-Market customers
- Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps
- Track implementation progress, participation, adoption, and account health
- Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology
- Coordinate multiple customer engagements cross-functionally
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Consultative skills and end-to-end implementation experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution
