Skills and Qualifications
- Established Professional Experience: Success in people leadership, Human Resources, L & D, business management, consulting, or senior executive roles is highly regarded. No formal HR or coaching qualification is required as a passion for people and professional growth is essential.
- Strong Coachability: A high level of coachability and a willingness to learn from experienced mentors is essential.
