- Implement and oversee maintenance and production strategies
- Communicate daily with management and Quality Control
- Manage inventory stockpiles effectively
- Assist in planning and financial performance tracking
- Direct training and development for team members
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years operational and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage
- Ability to maintain compliance with MNRF regulations
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
