- Debug and identify root causes from log files
- Develop tools to enhance support efficiency
- Collaborate to improve technical documentation
- Generate performance reports for leadership
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+ years software development experience
- Proficient in Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of database systems
- Familiarity with Linux environments
