Cloudcure is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our mission of enhancing healthcare accessibility across Canada. Leverage your experience to support patient care in an innovative digital health setting. Ideal candidates will possess a master's degree in Nursing and a valid practice permit in Nova Scotia. This role involves collaboration with a dedicated team to conduct assessments, provide treatment guidance, and ensure high standards of patient care. You'll thrive in an environment that values professionalism and creativity in clinical strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and gather patient history
- Offer and guide treatment options for patients
- Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests
- Formulate care plans including prescribing medication
- Consult and collaborate with the care team regularly
- Master's degree in Nursing; accredited as Nurse Practitioner
- Valid permit to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Nova Scotia
- Innovative mindset focused on patient outcomes
- Experience in digital health is advantageous
- Commitment to client care excellence
