Position: Marketing Expert — PR & Communications (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design task briefs based on real PR or communications work. Specify the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
- Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
- Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
- Evaluate AI-generated content in PR & Communications to improve model outputs and training data quality.
- Collaborate independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in PR & Communications.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Hands-on practitioner experience in PR or corporate communications.
- Comfortable working across email, shared drives, and a project tracker.
- Clear written reasoning.
Preferred
- Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
