Customer Success Manager with Rootly

Rootly

Join Rootly as a Customer Success Manager, where your focus will be on guiding customers through their journey and maximizing their product value. Emphasize effective communication and strategic engagement in this role. As a key member of the Rootly team, you will ensure that customers not only adopt the product but thrive while using it. You'll work closely with clients during onboarding and continuously engage to enhance their experience. This role requires analyzing product usage data and collaborating with various teams to prevent churn and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customers through initial onboarding and configuration
  • Liaise with Sales to enhance customer engagement
  • Foster relationships with influential stakeholders
  • Analyze customer usage to identify engagement opportunities
  • Develop strategies to address customer churn concerns
Requirements:
  • Background in customer-facing roles, preferably with SaaS
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data analysis tools
  • Strong verbal and written language skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Experience in a DevOps environment is a plus
