Full-Time District Relief Pharmacist Position

Become a District Relief Pharmacist with Metro in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on patient care, supervising the dispensary, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. As a crucial part of Metro’s pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring compliance with company and OCP standards. This role involves supervising pharmacy activities across multiple locations, such as Toronto, Brampton, and Burlington. Your expertise will significantly contribute to achieving company goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and provide patient counseling
• Supervise pharmacy in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager
• Address staffing concerns and customer complaints
• Maintain compliance with recall procedures and store standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc. Phm.)
• Registered Part A Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Injection and Smoking Cessation certified
• Proficient in pharmacy software and MS Office
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
