The role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle. Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable AI/ML platform services and infrastructure.Develop and optimize MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.Implement data engineering solutions for large-scale data ingestion, processing, and storage.Architect and develop robust APIs and microservices to support AI model integration.Collaborate closely with data scientists to understand their requirements and provide efficient ML development environments.Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of the AI/ML platform.Implement CI/CD practices for ML workflows.Contribute to technology selection, architectural decisions, and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a distributed environment.Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.Minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant focus on backend development.Proven experience in building and deploying large-scale distributed systems.Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.G., Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).Solid understanding of data processing frameworks (e.G., Spark, Flink).Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).Familiarity with machine learning concepts and workflows.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.Benefits
