We are looking for a Production Planner to join a manufacturing team and help ensure production activities stay on schedule and customer commitments are met.

In this role, you will work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, project management, and customer service teams to plan workloads, identify bottlenecks, manage priorities, and make adjustments to keep production running efficiently.

This is a hands-on planning and coordination role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where strong organization, analytical thinking, and communication skills are important.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field .
• 3+ years of relevant experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, scheduling, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify problems, gather information, evaluate options, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to understand manufacturing or assembly sequences and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel .
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both French and English.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate production activities for assigned manufacturing cells.
• Monitor production schedules daily and make adjustments when priorities or requirements change.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend ways to improve workflow and delivery performance.
• Review workload versus available capacity and recommend staffing or production adjustments when needed.
• Analyze material availability and coordinate with purchasing to minimize impacts to the production schedule.
• Review new requirements from the master production plan and update schedules accordingly.
• Work closely with engineering and project planning teams to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with customer service, engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams.
• Track production progress and follow up on outstanding activities.
• Support clear communication between departments and ensure action items are followed through.
• Help prioritize work to support productivity and on-time delivery.
