Project Manager / Site Superintendent

Job Description

• Manage all stages of commercial fit-out projects, from initial planning to final handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery aligns with targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any challenges or roadblocks that arise during construction activities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source necessary materials and services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in construction project management within the commercial and industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
