• Collaborate with teams to integrate maintenance planning
• Evaluate maintenance strategies based on performance metrics
• Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in maintenance planning within mining
• Extensive experience with heavy mining equipment
• Proven proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems
• Strong English communication skills for team leadership
• Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician preferred
