Senior Enterprise Success Manager - Remote Governance
Kinaxis
Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to help large enterprise customers realise the full business value of our AI-infused supply chain platform. You will lead governance, adoption, and renewal activities, and partner with Sales to surface expansion opportunities while aligning solutions with customer business objectives.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration, track customer KPIs, and manage escalations, ensuring long-term trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
