Our platform connects patients, clinicians, and pharmacies through tools that support appointment scheduling, clinical workflows, and prescription management.

We are an operations-driven healthcare company, where customer support plays a critical role in shaping patient experience and improving how our platform evolves. After four years of focused execution, Avee has achieved product-market fit and is now entering a new phase of growth. We are expanding our fully remote support team and are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to support patients across Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Support patients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Assist patients with appointment booking and general service inquiries
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational and basic technical issues
• Collaborate closely with medical, operations, and technical teams to resolve concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal workflows
• Share patient feedback to help improve internal processes and overall experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based tools
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new internal systems and technologies
• Comfortable working with basic operational and numerical data
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Able to work remotely with a stable internet connection
