We're on the hunt for the perfect fit for our Soaked! waterpark - someone who's fluent in English and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. This incredible waterpark, nestled within The Atlas° Hotel, features two thrilling waterslides, a cool pool, a fun spray pad, and a relaxing hot tub.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
- Cleaning and sanitizing.
- Assisting guests with questions and information as needed.
- Ensuring guests follow waterpark rules and correcting any behavior or actions that are not allowed.
- Interacting with children and families in a fun and positive manner.
- Supervising water bodies to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- Availability: This full-time position requires working a variety of shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a primary focus on daytime shifts.
- Required: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
- Preferred: A proven background in customer service and the ability to work independently.
- Beneficial: Having a first-aid certificate will be considered an asset.
