Senior Estimator for Construction Development

Advance your career as a Senior Estimator in a reputable construction organization. Focus on detailed cost estimating, bid preparation, and risk management in construction projects. This senior role calls for in-depth knowledge of project logistics and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. You'll take charge of quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and contribute to process improvements by staying current with industry trends. Your input will be critical in enhancing estimating accuracy and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract documents and drawings
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project schedules
- Conduct risk assessments for project bids
- Support the development of estimating standards
- Provide estimating support for change orders and variations
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant estimating experience
- Gold Seal Certification or willingness to pursue
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Sage 300
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
