Composite Manufacturing

Our client, an industry leader in composite manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Composite Manufacturing professional to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing department, you will support production operations and contribute to the creation of high-quality composite products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Composite Manufacturing

Location: Lunenburg, NS

Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday - shift times vary

What's the Job?

• Operate wet forming equipment and pressed siding production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to assemble and manufacture composite components.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools such as micrometers and vernier calipers.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of manufacturing machinery to optimize production flow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

What's Needed?

• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical or industrial environments
• Ability to operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and assembly tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
