Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Technician to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC machinery efficiently and accurately to produce high-quality components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise manufacturing
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of operations and quality checks for compliance and continuous improvement

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Practical experience with CNC machinery and manufacturing processes
• Strong applied mathematics skills and computer literacy
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols
