We're an award-winning, eco-conscious salon with two vibrant locations on Vancouver's North Shore Lynn Valley and Lonsdale and we're looking for someone friendly, organized, and team-oriented to be the heart of our front desk.

What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
- Manage bookings, calls, and guest inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Support stylists and the team by keeping operations running smoothly
- Help ensure every guest leaves with a smile
- Keep our space organized, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in a concierge or front desk role (preferably in hospitality or salon/spa)
- Strong communication skillsboth in-person and on the phone
- Ability to multitask , stay organized, and keep calm under pressure
- Available Fridays, weekends , and at least 3 days/week (including mornings and evenings )
- A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a dynamic, guest-first environment
