Housekeeper / Household Manager Needed in Georgina, Ontario (Recovery Support) ​​About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable individual to work alongside me in our Georgina home while I recover. We want someone who is willing to work collaboratively with me day-to-day, with the potential for the role to evolve into a steady, multiple-days-per-week position over time. ​Beyond standard indoor cleaning, this role involves comprehensive home care—including laundry, organization projects, light outdoor upkeep, and various household tasks to keep everything running smoothly. We are completely open to flexible payment structures, including hourly wages, task-based rates, or daily rates depending on what works best for you. ​​Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Support: Working closely alongside me to manage daily housework and tailored tasks as needed during my recovery.
• Housekeeping & Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, refrigerator, bathrooms, and general living spaces.
• Dishwashing & Kitchen Upkeep: Managing daily dishes and maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen.
• Laundry & Organization: Sorting, washing, and putting away laundry, alongside assisting with home organization projects.
• Outdoor Maintenance: Simple outdoor tasks, such as light weeding in garden beds (for candidates open to it).
• ​Position Details:
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour, or open to daily rates and task-assessed pricing based on your preference.
• Schedule: Starting out with hands-on support and flexibility, multiple regular days per week to start, then developing a routine schedule once recovery is stable.
