Looking for a reliable, experienced individual housekeeper (we need a consistent individual, no services please) in Lincoln, Ontario. Our home needs someone who can tackle all aspects of house cleaning, including bathroom, general rooms, kitchen, and window washing. We are willing to pay up to $45.0 hourly for the right candidate depending on qualifications and availability. Frequency up for discussion but we currently have a full house clean every 2 weeks. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail, be organized, understand the difference between dirt and clutter, and possess excellent time management skills. We need someone who can take initiative in maintaining a clean and organized living space, as well as take direction with regards to managing clutter in our space. Space is a 4 bedroom detached home, 2200 sqft living space with 5 inhabitants (2 adults, 3 childtren) with challenges maintaining a clutter free space.
