En tant que représentant(e) du service à la clientèle, vous collaborerez avec l’équipe de service à la clientèle sur des solutions pour accomplir l’exceptionnel. Vous aiderez nos clients et résoudrez tous les problèmes non résolus.
Le poste de représentant(e) du service à la clientèle est basé dans notre bureau de Vancouver, en Colombie-Britannique.

Ce que vous ferez :
Offrir un service à la clientèle de classe mondiale
Traiter et réserver des services et ajouts aux commandes de nos clients
Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone et par courriel tout en maintenant les relations avec les clients
Collaborer avec notre équipe de livraison à domicile et obtenir des renseignements sur les opérations et la logistique.
Avoir une influence directe sur l’image de la marque

Customer Care Associate – Bilingual, English/French (3-month contract)
Do you have a passion for building meaningful relationships?
As a customer care associate, you will collaborate with the customer care team on solutions to make amazing happen. You’ll aid our customers and resolve any outstanding issues.
The customer care associate role is based out of our Vancouver, BC office.
Join our collaborative team as a contact center support associate!
What you’ll do :
Provide world class customer service.
Transact and book services and add-ons for customer orders.
Communicate with customers over phone and email while maintaining customer relationships.
Partner with our Home Delivery team and gain insight on operations and logistics.
Have a direct impact on brand image.
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills (e-mail and phone)
Highly skilled in customer escalations in similar retail and web retail services
1-2 years providing exceptional customer service.
General computer literacy
