Hands-On Site Reliability Engineer Role

Join Rentsync as a Site Reliability Engineer and enhance your skills in AWS and Kubernetes. Take charge of production incidents and ensure lasting reliability in a remote working environment. The Site Reliability Engineer at Rentsync will lead the response to production issues, utilizing hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents effectively. You'll maintain robust monitoring systems while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance performance and prevent future incidents. Your contributions will directly influence the reliability and efficiency of our services across the rental and property management industry. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to production alerts and resolve incidents
Diagnose AWS and Kubernetes issues directly
Automate repetitive operational tasks and runbooks
Build monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana
Conduct blameless post-mortems with actionable follow-ups

Requirements:

3+ years in a cloud engineering or SRE role
Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes
Scripting proficiency in Bash or Python
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Effective communication skills during incidents
