Lead Partnerships for Client Growth

Bond Brand Loyalty

Drive impactful partnerships at Bond, leading the delivery of initiatives that foster client growth and loyalty. This hybrid role requires expertise in B2C brand partnerships and business development. As a Lead, Partnerships, you will manage the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring they align with client goals and measurable growth objectives. You’ll leverage your experience in developing business cases, structuring high-value deals, and integrating solutions to strengthen Bond's strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital, making your influence across matrixed environments crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:

Own partnership initiatives from concept through implementation
Develop business cases and financial models for clients
Translate market insights into actionable growth strategies
Deliver executive-ready insights and storytelling
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partnerships

Requirements:

5+ years in partnerships development or account management
Proven success in managing multiple client projects
Expertise in structuring high-value B2C deals
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Exceptional collaboration and influencing abilities
