Position Overview

As a Commercial Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing commercial service contracts for Elevate Facility Services.

This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, and building relationships with decision-makers.

You will represent Elevate Facility Services in person, by telephone, and through direct outreach to commercial businesses, property managers, facility managers, office administrators, and building owners.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Prospect new commercial clients throughout assigned territories
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Identify opportunities for janitorial and facility maintenance services
• Build relationships with property managers, office managers, facility managers, and business owners

Sales Activities

• Conduct in-person sales visits
• Perform telephone outreach and follow-up calls
• Introduce Elevate Facility Services' solutions and capabilities
• Schedule appointments and site assessments
• Present service proposals and close contracts

Territory Growth

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects
• Track sales activities and opportunities
• Attend networking events and community business functions
• Represent the company professionally within your territory

Promote Services Including:

• Commercial Cleaning
• Janitorial Services
• Office Cleaning
• Commercial Window Cleaning (Low buildings 1-2 stories)
• Power Washing
• High Dusting
• Floor Stripping & Waxing
• Floor Maintenance Programs
