Real Estate Accounting Manager - Portfolio Finance

CBRE

CBRE is seeking a Manager, Real Estate Accounting in Canada to lead an accounting team delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across a portfolio of clients and properties. The role provides controller-level review, strengthens controls, and supports transitions with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA (preferred), 6+ years of progressive accounting or real estate accounting experience, and a proven ability to develop teams, manage complex reconciliations, and drive
