Job Summary:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, as well as ensuring our guests have an Experience of a Lifetime.

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $23.59/hr - $31.45/hr 
• Employment Type: Year Round 
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payroll in a timely and accurate fashion
• Send out weekly newsletters to the team outlining upcoming events
• Schedule support for the managers
• Participate in departmental meetings, and personal/team performance evaluation programs
• Assist the unit Supervisor/Manager with the daily administration including mail, voicemail, email, notice board updates, general filing, word processing, office trash/recycle removal, payroll, action forms.
• Maintain an ‘audit trail’, a system of checks and balances, that ensures the integrity of all business conducted by the unit
• Update daily communication logbooks
• Produce reports as needed for management team
• Taking minutes at meetings when needed
• Act as first point-of-contact for our support areas, responding in a timely and helpful manner
• We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments as needed.
• Manage Departmental social media channels and ensure communication of information and recognition is kept up to date.
• Structure: Working in the unit location offices through the week with one or two days in the admin office at the base of blackcomb

Job Requirements:

• Previous office experience required
• An aptitude for mathematics and accounting
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
• Above average familiarity of foodservice terms, product identification/usage and restaurant operation
• Active listener and supportive team player
• Work well under the pressure of time constraints, demanding customers and concurrent task “juggling”
• Proof of clear criminal record check

The expected pay range is $23.59/hr - $31.45/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
