Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Project Manager located in Toronto, ON. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, expediting processes, overseeing logistics, and conducting inspections. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.

What You'll Do

• Own project timelines, scopes, and budgets from kickoff through delivery and wrap.
• Build and maintain production schedules, track milestones, and keep everyone accountable to deadlines.
• Coordinate across internal creatives, freelancers, vendors, and suppliers to keep work moving.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, status updates, and approvals.
• Anticipate risks and bottlenecks before they become problems, and solve them calmly.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and reconciliation; flag scope creep early.
• Keep documentation, files, and project tools organized and current.
• Support on-site during activations and events as needed.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of project management or production experience, ideally at a creative, experiential, design, or marketing agency.
• A creative background, whether in design, production, art direction, or hands-on creative work — and genuine comfort collaborating with creative teams.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you're the person who never drops a thread.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• A cool head under pressure and a bias toward solving rather than escalating.
• Comfort with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar) and budget tracking.
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends around event dates.

Nice to Have

• Experience producing live events, brand activations, or experiential installations.
• Experience with Ai, concept development or creative strategy.
• A network of trusted vendors, fabricators, or freelancers.
• Familiarity with permits, venue logistics, or on-site production.
