Sales Associate and Receptionist

Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:Join our team at MAAZ OPTICAL LTD as a Sales Associate, where you will be an integral part of providing complete eye care solutions to our valued Patients. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with Patients, assist in selecting eyewear, and contribute to the overall success of our optical business, small Repairs, Assisting Doctors in Pre test,Booking Eye exams,Recalling Patients and normal office duties
Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect eyewear that suits their needs- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction- Utilize your sales skills to upsell products and accessories to enhance the customer's experience- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of different eyewear options- Process transactions accurately using cashiering skills and maintain a tidy and organized sales area- Collaborate with the optical team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and technical sales techniques to better assist customers
Qualifications:- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in an optical or similar setting- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus- Proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Experience with upselling techniques and product demonstrations is advantageous- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and handling cash transactions- Knowledge of technical sales aspects related to eyewear products is desirable
