HR Business Partner - Sales Focus at McCain

McCain Foods

Join McCain as an HR Business Partner focusing on Sales, where strategic talent management meets organizational success. You'll need extensive HR experience to thrive in this collaborative role. As the HR Business Partner, you'll be the key advisor to senior sales leaders, aligning human resources with business objectives. This full-time role calls for at least 7 years' experience in HR, particularly in talent and workforce planning, to help McCain's Sales team excel. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales leaders on strategic people initiatives
Provide insight on organizational effectiveness
Lead talent and performance management activities
Identify and nurture high-potential talent
Optimize team effectiveness through design and planning

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Over 7 years of HR experience as a partner
Background in talent management and employee relations
Strong analytical skills and tech proficiency
Exceptional communication and change leadership skills
