Vous êtes créatif(ve), autonome et passionné(e) par le design graphique et l'affichage numérique ? Nous recherchons un(e) graphiste junior contractuel pour collaborer sur divers projets de communication interne et d'affichage dynamique .
Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez activement à renforcer notre marque employeur en concevant des visuels percutants, alignés avec notre culture d'entreprise, nos valeurs et notre identité graphique . Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ressources humaines , afin de soutenir leurs initiatives internes et répondre à leurs besoins en communication visuelle.

Détail du poste :
- Type de contrat : mandat contractuel (freelance), sous forme de bloc d'heures.
- Volume horaire : environ 7 heures par semaine (ajustable selon les besoins).
- Lieu : t ravail à distance possible , avec des réunions ponctuelles.
- Rémunération : à discuter selon l'expérience et le portfolio .
Ce poste convient à un(e) professionnel(le) créatif(ve) et autonome , maîtrisant les outils d' Intelligence Artificielle et les logiciels d'affichage dynamique pour la conception graphique.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Concevoir des visuels impactants pour la communication interne (annonces RH, événements d'entreprise, initiatives bien-être, formations internes, etc.).
- Créer des contenus visuels dynamiques en utilisant des outils d' IA pour optimiser la production graphique destinée à l' affichage numérique (écrans internes, bannières, animations simples).
- Veiller à la cohérence graphique des visuels en respectant les directives de la marque employeur (ton, couleurs, identité visuelle).
- Collaborer avec les ressources humaines pour développer des visuels engageants et en phase avec la culture d'entreprise.
- Utiliser des logiciels d'affichage dynamique pour concevoir et diffuser du contenu sur nos plateformes internes.
- Travailler en autonomie , en respectant les délais et les exigences des projets.
- Disposer des équipements et des licences nécessaires à la réalisation des missions.
Nous recherchons :
- Expérience : minimum 2 ans en design graphique (en freelance ou en entreprise).
- Maîtrise des outils de design : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - After Effects est un plus).
- Connaissance des logiciels d'affichage dynamique : idéalement Xibo, ScreenCloud, Novisign, Scala, TelemetryTV, Enplug , etc.
- Aisance avec les outils d'IA : MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva IA, RunwayML ou autres.
- Créativité & autonomie : capacité à proposer des concepts innovants et à gérer son temps efficacement.
- Expérience en affichage dynamique et contenus numériques : bonne compréhension des formats et contraintes techniques liés aux écrans numériques et à la signalétique digitale.
- Excellentes compétences en collaboration : aisance à travailler avec des équipes internes, notamment RH et communication .
