What You'll Do- Build meaningful relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Help clients identify financial risks and opportunities
- Provide personalized insurance, investment, and mortgage solutions
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting
- Deliver exceptional client experiences built on trust and long-term relationships
- Create and manage your own pipeline and business development activities
- You enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
- You are self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- You have a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- You thrive in a flexible environment where your results determine your success
- Sales, customer service, financial services, real estate, retail, or business development experience is an asset
- You hold an LLQP license or are willing to obtain one with our support
