Votre rôle au quotidien
- Réviser et évaluer les demandes hypothécaires pour en assurer l’exactitude et la conformité
- Analyser la documentation des clients (revenus, crédit, mise de fonds, etc.) pour déterminer l’admissibilité
- Collaborer avec les prêteurs (Desjardins, First National, MCAP, Manuvie, Scotia) pour soumettre et faire le suivi des dossiers
- Utiliser des outils numériques pour gérer, suivre et communiquer l’avancement des dossiers
- Communiquer clairement avec les courtiers, clients et prêteurs pour résoudre les conditions et questions
- Suivre les dossiers jusqu’au financement en respectant les délais et exigences
- Se tenir à jour sur les politiques des prêteurs, les produits, la technologie et les tendances du marché
Le profil que nous recherchons
- Expérience confirmée en tant que souscripteur hypothécaire, avec un volume financé total d’au moins 50 M$
- Solide expérience avec les prêteurs suivants : Desjardins, First National, MCAP, Manuvie et Scotia
- Excellente connaissance des lignes directrices, de la documentation et de la conformité en matière de prêts hypothécaires
- À l’aise avec les outils numériques et les plateformes hypothécaires pour gérer les dossiers efficacement
- Souci du détail, esprit analytique et capacité à travailler sous pression
