Your Role (and Impact)
As an Account Coordinator , you’ll help keep client engagements organized, efficient, and forward-moving. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, support communication, and keep the engine running smoothly.
You’ll:
- Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables
- Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings
- Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking
- Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback
- Learn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support strategy and execution
- Create and compile data reports with guidance from media team
- Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities
- Stay on top of performance marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals
- Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledge
Must-Have Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
- Some hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA
- Understanding of project coordination in a client-facing environment

Votre rôle (et votre impact)
En tant que coordonnateur·trice de comptes , vous contribuerez à garder les mandats clients organisés, efficaces et en constante progression. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes et les équipes internes afin de suivre les projets, soutenir la communication et assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
Dans ce rôle, vous allez :
- Suivre l’avancement des projets, gérer les échéanciers et organiser les livrables clients
- Prendre des notes claires et exploitables lors des réunions internes et avec les clients
- Soutenir le suivi du rythme des campagnes et la gestion des mandats
- Communiquer avec les clients pour partager des mises à jour et recueillir leurs commentaires
- Apprendre les bases des principales plateformes (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) pour soutenir la stratégie et l’exécution
- Préparer et compiler des rapports de performance avec l’appui de l’équipe média
- Contribuer à identifier des occasions de croissance pour les comptes clients
- Rester à l’affût des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en marketing de performance
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer l’alignement avec les objectifs des clients
- Compléter des certifications et formations pertinentes pour approfondir vos compétences
Expérience requise
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans une agence numérique ou en marketing de performance
- Compréhension de base des plateformes publicitaires payantes (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et verbale
- Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités
- Maîtrise de la suite Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Motivation à apprendre et à évoluer dans une carrière en marketing numérique
- Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans un environnement rapide et à distance
Atouts
- Expérience avec des outils comme Google Analytics, HubSpot ou ClickUp
