Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be reliable and consistent- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes- Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow stocking and cleaning checklists
Experience:- Previous experience in food preparation, meal preparation is a must- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and kitchen operations is a benefit- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from superiors
