Growth & User Experience Lead

Mash is a dynamic startup with strong experience across Google, Ada, and others. We seek a growth-minded teammate who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can drive real results with A+ teammates.
You will work directly with the founding team to understand our users, grow the user base, shape onboarding and product messaging, plan launches, build partnerships, and establish a scalable GTM engine across paid, organic, and app-store channels.
