We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food with the best possible ingredients and serving it with love. We kept the spirit of where we came from alive and have since grown into a unique restaurant brand with locations across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island and continue to grow today.

About you:
We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for cooking and hospitality to join our food truck team full-time. You’re a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and are confident engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. We’re looking for someone who naturally steps into a leadership mindset, someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and keeps things running smoothly when out on the truck. When you head out for service, you treat it like your own restaurant, ensuring great food, great vibes, and great service every time. You’ll be responsible for executing menu items with care and efficiency, supporting your teammates, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Qualifications:

• 2 years kitchen experience required
• Class 5 driver's license. Experience driving a truck
• Good communication skills
• Catering and/or food truck experience an asset but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knife skills an asset
• Foodsafe Level 1 (if you don't have it we will get it for you)
• Cash handling & customer service experience an asset
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business
• The desire for growth and opportunity
