Job Purpose

The ProSales Associate position is designed to develop the candidate's knowledge of the equipment rental industry. In this entry level role, you will be able to answer product and service questions, process rental orders, and fulfill our customers' needs with accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to grow their career in Outside Sales or operations. The successful candidate should be open to discussions around relocation across Canada for promotional opportunities.

What you will do...

• Manage inbound calls and deal with walk-in customers in a timely manner.
• Answer all email inquiries.
• Resolve customer inquiries and deal with any issues or concerns.
• Provide customers with expert advice on the selection and operation of all the various types of tools and equipment.
• Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders.
• Write up rental agreements.
• Source available equipment from other branches within the region.
• Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment.
• Support all team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license or working towards a full driver's license.
• A clean and recent driver's abstract will be required.

To be considered for this position candidates should have one of the following criteria:

• Recent University or College Graduate
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a sales, business or related program
• Less than 5 Years Work Experience
• A keen interest in advancing a career in sales

Pay Range: $23 -$25/hr
