Senior Advisor for Customer Experience Strategy
Interface co
Lead customer experience transformation at Interface&co as a Senior Advisor. Utilize your expertise to foster innovation and enhance strategic decision-making across consulting projects. In this role, you will impact significant consulting mandates related to experience and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will have over eight years in consulting, alongside superb analytical and synthesis skills. You will actively mentor junior team members while engaging with clients to develop effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute consulting projects focused on customer experience
- Analyze data and develop actionable strategic recommendations
- Guide collaborative workshops for solution co-creation
- Produce essential tools and strategic deliverables
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Degree in management, design, or a related field
- At least 8 years of consulting or relevant experience
- Experienced in managing project engagements
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
