Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our Warehouse Manager , we'd ask you to do the following for us:

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
