- Compensation: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (Straight hourly pay, non-flat rate)
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Core Responsibilities
- Diagnostics: Utilize modern scan tools to efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and driveability issues.
- Repairs & Overhauls: Perform complete repairs and component replacements on braking systems, steering and suspension, engines, and drivetrains.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct comprehensive safety inspections, fluid flushes, oil changes, tune-ups, and tire services.
- Road Testing: Safe operation of customer vehicles for pre- and post-repair road tests to verify concern resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of diagnoses, parts needed, and upcoming safety recommendations.
Position Requirements
- Trade Credentials: Must hold a valid Ontario 310S Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) registered in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario .
- Driver's License: Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving abstract.
- Tools: Ownership of a personal set of hand tools (shop-specific specialized equipment and heavy diagnostic tools are fully provided).
