We are a family in Grimsby, Ontario, seeking a reliable and active nanny to support our household. The position is for a live-out, part-time nanny who can help us with various tasks. Your main responsibilities will include entertaining our primary school-aged son, ensuring be is safe and engaged. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with minor housekeeping duties (laundry folding / sorting) and / or basic meal prep, effectively, we both work full time and things get messy or disorganized around here! Additionally, if you love pets, we have a kind and loving dog, (she's quite self sufficient though.) It is essential for us that our nanny is trained in CPR and has a background check. Our son is -very- body aware and active. He's in jujitsu nightly and loves to swim so day trips to parks or nearby trails would be very welcome. The wage is between $18 and $25/h depending on years of experience and qualifications. For example if you’re more comfortable as a babysitter we would lean towards the lower end, if you are providing nanny services with meals, cleaning and laundry we can negotiate a salary.
