Technical SEO Specialist AI Search

As an SEO Specialist, you will own search for B2B and growing-brand clients at an AI-first digital agency. You will guide technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking explanations while making strategic calls. Paid media remains separate, keeping your focus exclusively on search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture improvements
- Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
- Guide content priorities with writers and AI producing drafts
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Report in GA4 and Search Console; maintain quarterly roadmaps
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing fixes independently
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
