AEO Specialist for AI Search

Blacksmith Agency LLC

Own AI search visibility at Blacksmith Agency as an AEO Specialist, using technical SEO and content strategy remotely from Canada, South Africa, or the USA.

As an AEO Specialist, you will lead search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives. The work spans Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and classic organic results, with paid media handled separately.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
Improve visibility across AI search and organic results
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly

Requirements:

Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and implementing SEO fixes
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
